DONATION AT MASANGO

On Sunday, December 28, 2025, the Deputy President of Burundi Development Initiatives (BDI), Mr. Epitace Rurimwishiga, together with other members of the Burundi BDI team, provided substantial support to Masango Technical School in Cibitoke, north-western Burundi. The donation included books to support education; and hygienic products (sanitary pads and soap) for girls, aimed at supporting menstrual hygiene management for female students. This donation comes in addition to 10 sacks of cement recently given by BDI to support the completion of the Headmaster’s Office under construction. The school has just celebrated its 25th anniversary; and its management expressed profound gratitude to Burundi Development Initiatives; and appealed for additional support, particularly in addressing critical needs such as qualified teachers, laboratory facilities, and adequate sanitation infrastructures.
